About Loree Philip

I was in what seemed to be a successful 16-year career at a Fortune 50 company. Then one day everything changed. I was sitting in a routine team call and the thought popped into my mind “Is this what I want to be doing for another 15+ years?” At that moment, I saw this meeting and my career from the bigger picture. My career seemed good, maybe even great on paper, but the work didn’t feel meaningful. Something was missing.

That small thought grew and grew. I knew I wanted to make a change but I wasn’t exactly sure what I would do. I spent several months working with a coach, doing a ton of deep self-discovery work. What I learned is that I loved having a career but I wanted to spend my time in a more meaningful way – with more freedom, impact, and passion. I was excited to make a big change but also worried about failure and what my family would think. I knew deep down that if I aligned my career with my values and my heart I could not fail.  I would have the energy and purpose to find a way to make it work.

I developed my skills as a coach through Erickson Coaching International and became a Certified Solutions Focused Coach and earned an ACC ICF professional credential from the International Coaching Federation.

I now get to spend my days supporting professional women like you to make big leaps in their careers. It is all about gaining the confidence to shift your career to one that will meet your career goals AND you can be excited about. A career that feels worthy of your time and energy.
